Refund and Transfer Policy

KC Power Source henceforth referred to as "We" understands that plans change and, whether in or out of your control, some registrations will need to be refunded or transferred to other camps. We have laid out our policies on transfers and refunds below.

Transfers:

We want to support you in attending our camps, so we will gladly move your registration to a different week/location of camp free of charge, as long as there are still openings in the the new camp and the old camp hasn't started yet. To initiate a transfer please email us at info@kcpowersource.com and with a subject of "Camp Transfer Request". Also be sure to include the student's name as well as the camp they are currently enrolled in as well as the camp you wish to transfer them to.

Refunds:

Although we would love to be able to issue a full refund regardless of circumstances, there are fees associated with each transaction and unfilled seats can be caused by late cancellation, so we have enacted the rules for issuing refunds:

Early Refund($150)


  • Fourteen days or more before before 8:30am CST on the start of the camp
  • After 55 days of us receiving payment, Paypal account is required

Late Refund($80)


  • This Refund can be received after 8:30am CST fourteen days before the start of the camp until the start of camp
  • after 55 days of us receiving payment, Paypal account is required
